To get the most complexity and flavor from each of these different barrels and to mirror the aging conditions of Warehouse H, the brewers aged this batch of Medianoche for almost 21 months in freshly emptied 7 9 year old Blanton's bourbon barrels with little to no temperature control so that the barrels would mature in Colorado
