In February 2020, the brewers brewed four of the largest mashes ever in Galway Bay to collect a full tank of super high gravity wort. This All Malt 33 Plato Stout is the largest beer the brewers have ever made. It was aged in a steel tank for one year before being aged for a further nine months in Bourbon & Rum Barrels. This decadent stout boasts rich chocolate, cocoa, and a hint of salted caramel. Bottled in December 2021.
