The lambics used come from three barrels and six different brews. We used a bit of our own lambic wort to start the fermentation in the bottle. NL 3 Fonteinen Raspberry is the slow maceration of hand picked full raspberries on traditional lambic. Without added juices, syrups or sweeteners. Unfiltered.
