Vintage 1970s Black Velvet Pant Set | small 1990s The material has a littleFantastic vintage 1970s black velvet pant set. This set comes with a black velvet blazer and matching wide leg velvet pants. The blazer features two front buttons and two large patch pockets. The pants have a high waist with a button and hidden hook and zipper closure. The pants have a wide led and look like they were hemmed at some point (see condition below). The set was found together, but upon closure inspection, they're from two different brands.
