The design has rich colorful flowers and berries with two dramatic phoenixes on one of the sides. The long chain strap has a clasp on one side so you can loop it through and double the strap if desired. Inside there is a black satin lining with metal zip pocket along the back wall. No labels, circa 1980s. 7" to 9" wide, 5 1 2 high,
