Bottom is made from black bamboo cotton fabric that is SO soft, Top is made from 4 way stretch spandex (think 80s work out clothing) material. Pipped to make it funky and moveable! one of my favorite pieces from the collection! Waist fits 27 32" waist and the entire skirt is VERY stretchy
