taste and unique character when served

this zesty and rewarding low calorie tonic is satisfying enough to drink alone but also rounds out the flavour of white spirits like gin and vodka superbly

We couldn’t resist making this one this year as we had an absolute glut of plums last summer growing here at the Distillery

Just add a splash or two of a plain regular tonic

This is a sherry bomb single cask made with Laureate barley

Camomile Lawn Size:5cl taste and unique character whenOur brand new Rather English Camomile Gin is a delicate, elegant, super smooth 42% London dry with a base of Juniper, Coriander and Angelica Root gently overlaid with our signature botanical of beautiful golden Camomile Flowers. This is when less is definitely more! This gin gives a real feel of hazy, lazy, long summer days. It is a bright, grassy gin with lingering fragrant summer aromas. A real taste of the garden and sunshine. Currently available
