Description

mineral and very well structured and well balanced

with juniper

Delicious hints of strawberry and cream

with more herbs and a pleasant bitterness on the finish

A much sought-after single malt with the massive peat-smoke that's typical of southern Islay - but also offering a dryness that turns it into a truly interesting dram

Domaine Michaut Freres, Chablis 1er Cru, Beauroy, Burgundy, France, 2023 (Case) Gamay mineral and very well structuredA vivid yellow with a hint of green. An expressive nose of white flowers, acacia and a round palate, expressive, slightly unctuous with a fine mineral return. Powerful and rich.
