Two rows of polished, hardened steel tines, 1 8" diameter, about 4. 5 inch long and spaced 3 8" apart on center, mounted in an unfinished hard maple base. Total length of the hackle is about 16" with a 12" working width. There is space at both ends of the hackle for mounting on your work surface with clamps (not included).
