Best's Bin No 0 Grampians Shiraz Pinot Gris The minute 1Shiny dark red with a garnet hue. A complex nose of red and blue fruits and an abundance of spice and floral notes including liquorice, white pepper, chai tea and rose petals. A cool climate spice lift with violet, black pepper and blackberry fruit on the nose. An elegant and refined palate with savoury dark fruit, bitter cherries and fine tannins. Although only medium weight, it is long, intense and classy with a beautiful savoury persistence.
