Description

It is that citrus freshness that soars towards the finish

The 70 acres of grapevines surrounding this reserve are mixed with other natural meadows

and has both the Joseph Phelps and Tablas Creek clones

rounder mid-palate

Almost entirely Tempranillo with a dash each Graciano and Garnacha blended in

Ernesto Catena Animal Cabernet Sauvignon 750ML Whiskey (other than Scotch) It is that citrus freshnessRed berry aromas are a touch green and spicy. A tight, firm, compact palate deals reedy plum and berry flavors along with herbal notes. A dry finish with hard tannins reverts back to lightly herbal red fruit flavors.
