2024 "La Viennelle" Grenache Red Wine fermented and aged separately beforeOrganically and holistically farmed Grenache fermented with a majority of whole cluster inclusion. The fruit comes from two vineyards on opposite sides of the Los Olivos District, on it's very edges. One site is farmed by myself using no till, regenerative farming practices and the other is farmed organically by a friend and fellow farmer winemaker. Both were picked the same day, fermented and aged separately before blending just before bottling.
