WPW 684 - Trudy Ireland [Digital Download] Compilation showing off great strength forThis was our third full photo video session with the mighty Trudy, who always shows up ripped and very vascular no matter what her weight. For this session she was in top contest shape (5'4" 155 or so pounds) as she had just competed in the 2006 Teen, Collegiate and Masters Nationals, and her condition was right on and very impressive, particularly since she is turning 50!! She is always incredible at chinning, and after that we do a rep workout while
