A long serving winemaker who took ownership of the property in 2011, Dodane farms his vineyards organically and works with minimal sulphur and only wild yeasts, producing wines of great purity and character. Chteau Renard is made entirely from Chardonnay and vinified in the topped up, non oxidative (ouill) style,
