Both BPC-157 and TB-500 have been studied in skeletal muscle injury and regeneration models with BPC-157 characterised as promoting muscle healing through angiogenesis, anti-inflammatory effects, and cytoprotective signalling that reduces ischaemic and inflammatory muscle cell death, and TB-500 characterised as promoting skeletal muscle repair through PI3K/Akt-mediated satellite cell activation and myocyte migration, angiogenic support of regenerating muscle, and actin cytoskeletal regulation thats fundamental to the morphological changes required for myogenic differentiation
These can include, but are not limited to, pain, redness, or swelling at the place of injection
TB500 is not primarily used for muscle building
It works by shifting the metabolic profile of fat cells, essentially making the metabolism less efficient at storing energy as fat
Injections are best for: Severe deficiencies, pernicious anemia, significant malabsorption issues, and when rapid symptom relief is needed
