These effects of tobacco addiction are listed below: Physical effects: weakened immune system, cardiovascular problems, impaired eye health, sexual problems such as erectile dysfunction, respiratory diseases, bad breath Psychological effects: worsening of mental health problems such as anxiety, depression, ADHD Short-term effects: relaxation, improved mood and concentration, decreased stress and anger Long-term effects: strained relationships due to tobacco addiction and avoidance of situations or events that dont allow smoking, severe health problems such as lung cancer, problems with mental health and wellbeing
