Helictotrichon sempervirens (Blue Oats Grass) mauve The aromatic leaves add appealResembles a tall type of Festuca. Stiff, blue gray foliage with a nice clumping habit is 24" tall and can be evergreen in our area. Tan colored flower spikes grow a foot above the foliage in the summer.
