Scarf Woad mesa Width: 45 cm100% silk scarf striped with crepe de chine and satin silk. Hand dyed with fresh leaves of the plant species Isatis tinctoria (woad) that grows in my dye garden. Before the arrival of the asiatic indigo, woad was the only source of blue dye in Europe. Dimensions: 85x85cm.
