Glen Spey 32 Year Old 1989 Whisky Sponge Edition No.80 60% 70cl Cloudy Bay dark chocolate and dusty incenseGlen Spey 32 Year Old 1989 Whisky Sponge Edition No. 80 60% ABV A bottling of 1989 spirit from the lesser seen Glen Spey Distillery. This expression was matured in a single refill hogshead, but fascinatingly actually increased ABV in cask. The result? The whisky reached 65% ABV (reduced to a more approachable 60%), but yielded just 114 bottles. It must have been a warm warehouse!
