No OBI strip included with this one. The Stalin is a Japanese punk band formed by Michiro Endo in 1980. The first incarnation of the band lasted until 1985. Endo formed other related groups including Video Stalin (1987 88), and Stalin (1988 92). After his death, the band was continued by Jun Inui with various guest players and vocalists.
