It has a natural looking grape cluster with two overlapping 14kt yellow gold vermeil grape leaves with a lot of fine detail . This design contains twenty seven 3mm. Garnet gemstones. The Garnet gemstones are clustered in a natural looking way like an actual cluster of grapes. There are also three cubic zirconia stones sprinkled in among the grapes to give this
